Wow! Thanks for all of the thoughtful responses! I knew you all would come through for me! I have decided to "go for it" and move, as we found out there is a good chance the job will turn into a 2-year position. It's certainly stressful, but exciting as well. I have never been to the Southwest, and I'm excited to experience a new part of the country.
