Stevie gave up all rights to her private life when she decided to pursue stardom. She left college, her wealthy family, and a certain future of comfort to move to LA, wait tables, clean houses, and claw her way to the top of the rock and roll heap. She had to have wanted it with every ounce of her being to get to be the "Queen Of Rock." She wanted to be a star... she didn't want to be a cleaning lady, to quote her own demo. You can't pick and chose aspects you like of fame, either. She wanted fame, and she got it... along with all it's good AND bad trappings. Stevie's said herself that her life is art, and she's given her art and life to the world. This is what the woman WANTS. She wants and NEEDS to be talked about. If people stopped speculating about her, that'd mean her career was over. And I don't think Stevie wants to be at that point just yet!
