The list may go on, but if they're usability issues the team is likely to listen - after all, this is developed by a team of programmers that want to see the end of proprietary software more than anything, so they'll pretty much do whatever they have to to appeal to a large user base!
Also, because the widget toolkit used to make it is receiving an overhaul (GTK+2 -> GTK+3) by September, the interface will be changed, so they'll happily take suggestions as to how it should look.
Btw, out of curiosity, what program are you using for this design work if not Photoshop?
