I also am fond of Fire Burning - it's a great little, rollicking ditty. A melodic, spirited song, the likes of which we desperately need with the dearth of original compositions from our little girl. Where is our feisty little princess?
I'm fine with Rick Nowels and hope he continues to write with Stevie. Belinda Carlisle is a goddess and her work with Rick, particularly the Live Your Life album, is fantastic pop. Rick's sense of melody can not be disputed and Stevie's often dark, introspective lyrics are a nice counter balance to his pop sensibilities. Keep 'em coming I say.
