ever since i started brewing my own mud-like coffee at home, i really don't enjoy getting coffee at restaurants/coffee shops anymore, unless it's some stupid frou-frou latte or something. i went to a coffee shop across the street from my work on my lunch break today because i needed a caffeine buzz and i didn't even want to finish it. (i did, of course, because i paid that $1.52 ... i'm just saying.

) it was watery, flat, lifeless. ick.

When I started doing weight watchers & realized 1 cup was like 5 points, I went to flavored coffee with like 4 or 5 splendas & double skim. Now I'm down to 2 or 3 splendas & skim. I rarely drink coffee at home, I prefer tea (Stash black chai is a fave, with 1 splenda & a dash of milk. Yum.)

a cup of coffee is 5 points??? jesus.
i have a sweet tooth but i find splenda almost too sweet. i can only put 1 in a 12-16 oz cup of coffee.
