...I'm a Buckingham Nicks fan. I love Lindsey and Stevie equally, for all the reasons they are truly amazing. I love them both solo and perhaps even more I love them together. But sometimes I only want to hear one at a time. I think I just love what they do for each others music. I listen to all of their collaborative and solo efforts all the time but I probably wind up listening to more Stevie music than anything else for the sheer fact that she has more material available (especially more bootlegs, which is probably what I lsiten to most
). But it seems like Lindsey's musicianship astounds me every day.
As for Christine McVie, I find that I only really love the songs that have a heavy Lindsey and/or Stevie presence on them (like Little Lies, Hold Me, Think About Me, Say You Love Me, Brown Eyes, etc). I think the harmonies she adds to their songs are priceless and I will really miss them. However, I just don't love her songs that she does all by herself without them. JMHO. I always skip Songbird.
