Having become a fan of Stevie when Bella Donna was released, I remember going back and buying all the previous releases from Buckingham Nicks through FM Live, and though I loved the songs, Stevie's early voice esp. BN through Rumours was an acquired taste. I eventually grew to love it, but very much preferred the supple and gritty belting on BD to the fragile, soft tone's on 73'-77' recordings.

Tusk - Wild Heart was practically flawless for me. Stevie became more confident and bolder with each successive release.

RAL - Tango was wild and unpredictable. Seven Wonders was the last thing she recorded in the studio before rehab...and was the end of this era of delectable screaming vocals.

FM-GH (NQA) through BTM - the most boring and lifeless vocals eva'....cept for a few bright spots on "Long Way To Go" and "Doing the Best I Can"

The Dance - Present are unique in their own way...I have learned to adapt and accept that Stevie's instrument is ever evolving, but her persona, charisma and unconventional songwriting style are timeless. This is why she has become a legend!
