I'm a Stevie fan...but did try to resist for a long time...lol....I've told this story before...but here's what happened:
My sister bought a cd player when like they first came out, and only one cd....Fleetwood Mac's Greatest Hits...I was like 8, the only song I really liked was Little Lies, this song became what I associated Fleetwood Mac with always.....well fast forward to the late 90's and I'm in the back of my sister's car on the way to Albuquerque, and on comes Rhiannon....and I just fell in love...I went to her house that night, and after everyone was asleep I got out her old Greatest Hits cd, and Rumours...and just listened to them...the spell was cast lol...
The next day my sister was giving me a rundown on the band's history...and she said Stevie had a legion of "followers" and I was like..."well that's not gonna be me..." so I started getting into Christine McVie....and well...somewhere between that day and now...I just don't know what happened...because I just can't get enough of Stevie now...
I do like them all...but solo wise, I prefer Stevie's stuff...
