Early bird, here.
I am up at 6:30 and out of the house by 8:00. Of course it doesn't take me that long to get ready, but I do not like to be rushed in the morning. I like to hang out with Laney, have some coffee, and be leisurely. That way I don't feel as though I'm working.
I don't start seeing clients until 9, so I'm usually answering emails, or catching up on paperwork until then. Then I see clients. All day. Borderline, depression, anxiety, PTSD. Two hours of each day is devoted to doing clinical assessments for the local Mental Health- they send us walk in referrals.
After work (around 5-6ish), I pick up Laney and we come home, fix something to eat and play! Jeff usually gives L her bath and then we hang out together and watch TV. I am in bed by 9:00pm.

I read for an hour or two, almost always asleep by 11pm.
On Tuesdays I don't go in until noon- I have a group on Tuesday nights and I see clients late.
This sure is fascinating, isn't it?
