I'm with Chili. So many people would KILL for your job at Lilly. I know you're practically guaranteed a job when you become a nurse, but there's gonna be some massive debt created, in the meantime.
I'm not very happy where I'm at, but, I'll have my house and rental props paid for, in less than four years, so I'm just sucking it up until then. So, there's a tunnel for me, in which I can see the end, approaching. But I'm Mr. Safe, too, not a big risk taker, so I definitely would stick where you are, if I were you.
But again, you've got to be happy. If you're miserable, I guess you have to go for it, but if your reasonably happy, I'd stick it out.
