I really can't say I miss Felder all that much in the band. Yes, he's a great guitar player, but I really prefer Joe's playing. It's more organic and not as pristine sounding as Felder's playing....if that makes sense. I'm not a musician.

I just wanted to say I've really been enjoying your contributions to this thread. It's interesting to learn the inner workings of another band which in many ways, is very equivalent to my beloved Fleetwood Mac. I love the Eagles too, so I've definitely enjoyed seeing an Eagles fan's point of view on this whole double bill tour thing.
I hope you don't find Fleetwood Mac fans have been too hostile. We're all really great folks when it comes down to it. I think we are all just greatly annoyed at the path (or lack thereof) the band has taken since '97. That frustration seems to come out in all sorts of ways. I suspect there are probably a lot of annoyed people in the Eagles world too for that matter. Truthfully, I wish
both bands had been more prolific since their big '90s reunions.
