DavidMN: I've never heard that Glenn is a germ freak. From what I understand he's very nice. His Palm Springs house isn't all white. You can see an article about it here:

Homer explained the band structure very well. It is a corporation and Don and Glenn are the sole owners these days. Timothy and Joe are basically contract players.
