As for Model 1's... Unfortunately, Turner can't seem to get the customer satisfaction thing into his head. Don't get me wrong, he's a nice guy. REALLY a nice guy... but, he drops the ball when it comes to following through with what is asked repeatedly of him.
Oh well. What's done is done. Not the end of the world.
