Savory Baked Fish
December 08, 1988|By Fleetwood Mac's John McVie

2 cups mayonnaise

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 large onion, chopped
Tabasco sauce to taste

Lemon

Parsley

1 1/2 to 2 pounds firm white fish (halibut, sea bass, mahi-mahi)

1 cup packaged bread crumbs

In mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, onion, Tabasco sauce and blend well. Spread mixture on both sides of fish. Seal in foil package. Bake in preheated 375 F oven for 20 minutes (depending on thickness of fish). Remove from oven, open package and sprinkle bread crumbs on top of fish. Return to oven until bread crumbs are browned. Serve garnished with sliced lemon and parsley sprigs.

Makes 4 servings.

This sounds AMAZING.
