The machine (Power Plate) Stevie has talked about that she used prior to going on tour to "get in shape" is also used for arthritis treatments.

As for the Reeboks, hey maybe she's had other options and had boots or shoes made and these just work best for her - or are the most comfortable. Stevie doesn't strike me as the type of performer who would intentionally screw up her well-crafted Margi Kent image to cruise a couple of hours onstage in some butt ugly tennis shoes for no good reason....

Ya know I never thought about it until you said it, but these new arm coverings she wears are suspicious. AND I just went back through a bunch of the pics and you can definitely see a little bulge just below the elbow down to the wrist area...hmm makes sense now
