This is shocking.
Surely if Ken contacts ebay to say that he does not permit the sale of is own property they will force the seller to remove the listing? He can prove that it's his because it's such a rare item. I would have thought that he just needs to tell them that this seller came by the item in some underhanded way (careful not to say outright theft) and ebay will not let it be sold? It makes them look bad as a compnay to allow stolen goods (which is what this boils down to) be sold on their site.
Once it's taken off ebay Ken might be able to do something about getting iback from the seller. I very much doubt ebay would give the seller's contact details but at least they could be stopped from putting it on ebay ever again!
