Which is pretty much what he did with OotC...just replaced the songs that were used for TitN...
Also,
"Big Love" = "Doing What I Can"
"You & I, Part 2" = "Soul Drifter"
I've experimented by subbing those TitN songs in OotC, they fit seamlessly.

Chili, you're going on the fact that you know the notes are the same. If they don't sound the same to the average listener, they aren't the same song. For instance, I don't like
Doing What I Can on the album and I like
Big Love (live and studio). I did like
Doing What I Can in concert, but I didn't think it sounded anything like
Big Love (live or studio). Although if you tell me that as a playing guitarist they are the same song, I believe that. It doesn't change the
sound. Tempo, vocals and lyrics do make a difference. They change the complexion.
