If you listen to that entire interview from 2004, I think she decided early in the '90s that she wanted to return to England, but it took her quite a while to actually shut down her LA life and move. I think it was after the LA earthquake that she made the decision to finally leave. Wasn't that in 94? Then in 98/99 she left.
