I'm thinking Stevie could manage 2 and a half octaves. I'm a bit unsure about the B2, but with the B2 she'd need an F5 for a solid 2 and a half octaves. Those Destiny Rules C#5s sound comfortable, I wouldn't be suprised if she hit an A2 at some point, her natural speaking voice is quite low. Next course of action is listening to the Buckingham Nicks record for highs and the rest of Say You Will for lows.
