I notice things like this when I'm in the men's room. To me, it's always more heinous that you don't wash when you come out of the stall. God knows what went on in there!
I digress, I usually get a positive facial I.D. on those dudes that don't wash up, and make sure they don't come near my keyboard, or that I shake their hands.
