MTV aired parts of this same interview in 1984. I think I still have my old VHS with those parts on it. It had bits of Cyndi Lauper, Annie Lennox, & Stevie Nicks. Nicks says that Prince borrowed some of Stevie's ideas for stage clothes for his own act.

This was the interview where Stevie said she loved Cyndi.
(especially the Money Changes Everything video with the trash can bit) Pretty cool, since Stevie was considered a seasoned star by that time, where Cyndi was just hitting the big time.
