Gypsy would work. As with
Landslide, not just singer and guitar, not the acoustic they did in AHI (lovely though it was), but something that would include everyone. Very spare with just the 5 of them, no other players. And, heck, play the video in the background the way they are doing on the Unleashed tour. That would be great.
Assuming there was no room for a big drum kit,
Storms with the cocktail set they're using now would also work. Lindsey and Christine on the chorus. Goose bumps.
