You hit the nail squarely on the head with this comment. All I got so far were veiled promises (direct quote) "We've
heard loud and clear from Members who didn't get what they wanted and we're working on what we can do or offer you to make you happy." I'm still waiting. I can't pre-order tickets to shows half-way across the country. I have a family and a full time job that I owe allegiances to....I can't jet off to concerts that are out of my area. My presale days are now over since there are no more shows or sales to begin here on the East coast.
As far as pre-ordering the cd from the site to support the club...I don't think so. I'll save $8 or $9 and buy it the day of its release from a local discount store.
