Keeping in mind that The Penguin and The Ledge are in no way responsible for or affiliated with the FM Fan Club (as you all know), I suggest that it might be helpful if we organized a FAQ here (where it won't be deleted) listing the main points about what was promised from the fan club, what was actually delivered, and what could be done about it. This is a very emotional issue for many as the seats that were advertised were not delivered and due to the costs and distance involved, most fans cannot go to multiple shows. I saw many posts (before they were deleted) in which people stated that they were going to dispute the charges of the fanclub with their credit card companies-- the preparation of an organized FAQ might help these individuals by clarifying the issues.
