The best education -- the
only education, in fact -- requires reading books and thinking about what you've read.
Financially, it costs practically nothing! It certainly doesn't cost the billions spent on schooling infrastructure, administration, policymaking, childcare, social engineering, hardware & software, travel, R&D, teacher unions, public relations, & all the other crap the DoE buys.
