Legalization is the only moral position. What I choose to ingest or inhale is no one's bidness but mine. But why taxed? You want to see 14 million busybody bureaucrats performing even
more ineptly & shiftlessly, & made even wealthier by the money you yourself earn? How about a system of taxes to reasonably, judiciously, and efficiently fulfill the social contract and provide a safety net for the downtrodden and disadvantaged?
