Actually, they are the same in the sense that they are about the right to live your life and use your body as you see fit without some other person's ideal being imposed on you. Again, who am I to prevent some woman from doing what she wants with her body even though I personally would not do it, found it a horrible thing to do and tantamount to murder, and would advise her not to do it. Another example is the right to die. But, people can't see that. They want others to conform to their ideal. So and again, I conclude if you want people to leave you alone to do as you please, you have to leave them alone in that regard as well.
Interestingly, your being anti right to chose puts you in bed with the very people who want you in jail for exercising your right to privacy (the same right that guarantees abortion) as a gay man. That is a strange place to find yourself
