Amen to that. As a music fan when I'm asked what the best album of the decade is I immediately think the one that has meant the most to me, not the one with the biggest marketing campaign and sales figures.
But I guess music means different things to different people. For some it's a business and recognisability thing, for others it's much more personal than that.
