Psychosomatic symptoms can be very real.IMO if she was happy about being on tour she would be much less likely to become ill.So yes her not wanting to be on this tour could indeed contribute to the health problems.Again just my opinion but it is one backed by 32 years of experience of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks fandom.
