Personally I think of the 'Behind The Mask era' as everything including Billy & Rick, commencing in '87 and ending when Rick left, at which point it headed into the 'Time era.' I suppose that's generalizing a bit too much....
I think MacMan should be awarded tickets to the next Behind the Mask line-up tour....
