I ended up getting the "stripped" down model 1 from Ed Roman. It's a bit lighter and doesnt have the side binding. It also has a "non glossy" top. Its a bit more "dumbed down" than I'd like, but it feels better than the other two f*ckin nightmare models Turner sent me.
