We are three or four generations into it as generation are generally defined in terms of 10 to 15 years
Put it this way - should Obama's children get preferential treatment over the poor white guy I earlier used an an example. Of course, they should not. To assert they should is ridiculous because they do not need it. the poor white guy does.
Thus, I say help should be given to all those who need it and the common denominator is poverty.
