As for her "caw caw," that was her bird call (complete with flapping arms) she made at the end of her rendition of "Rockin' Robin" during Michael Jackson week.
That's what got her the Vote for the Worst endorsement, so every week she wore a bird on her outfit or hair as a shout out to Vote For The Worst. (Every week except for the week she went home -- she probably got yelled at by the producers just like Sligh did when he said, "Hi, Dave!" on the show). So on her last night, she flaunted it. Good 4 her.

I think Megan went out in a blaze of glory. Good for her! She not only showed that she was in on the joke, but she also showed that she realizes that the whole competition was a bit vapid compared to the quality time she could have been spending with her kid. So she got her 15 minutes of fame, she's going to make boatloads of cash this summer on the AI tour, and now she can go back home where she belongs. Life is good for Megan.
