We also know that she smoked for years and yes, did coke. Neither are heart-friendly.
I think she should just wear low-heeled or flat boots. I'd love her just the same and even if she did look short on stage, so what? But I bet years and years of wearing super high-heels have shortened her tendons/ligamens in her legs and wearing flats may be as painful as wearing heels at this point for her.
