Okay I found the quote I was thinking of, it's in Bob Brunning's book (P155) and you're all right she doesn't say she didn't go to the wedding. Here it is:
"I found the marriage very bizarre. She thought it was what Robyn would have wanted. But theyd known each other for a long time, and it didn't seem like 'crazy love' to me. I didn't even buy her a wedding present."
