I thought the interview segments themselves were surprisingly dull- not only were the topics about stuff we've heard
ad nauseum forever, there was almost no humor at all. Chris Isaak is incredibly charismatic as a live performer, but he's kind of a dud in the chat show format. Thank goodness the show was bookended with those live numbers- they wuz hot!
