Yes, she did thank the girl, but she didn't have any reaction to Lindsey. He was whispering in her ear telling her where the flowers had come from, so she obviously heard him. But they bent forward toward the audience and he had an arm around her, along her back and a bit on her front to get her attention when he was speaking and she wasn't paying attention to that.
