Ticketmaster cannot sell the Philly shows as Comcast have the lock in the area so you need to go through comcasttix.com.

I just checked at there are some floor singles available. Dagnabit, they are better than was available on Jan 26th, so I bought a section 124 on that day, I knew I should have waited.
