Gosh, when I was in high school in the 80's, it was definitely not cool to be into any of that teeny-bopper shizz. Instead, we had our own small little clique that appreciated Siouxsie, Kate Bush, New Order, The Alarm, Bowie, Led Zeppelin, the Smiths, etc. It is distressing for me that utter crap like Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Chris Brown are so popular today... it's just boggles the mind...
