Yes, so much is right here: the shimmering guitars, the placement of the voices in the mixes, the melding of the voices, the pop impulse that would be moved to fore on the FM albums. It's hard to be a critic. So I respect and am grateful for that emphasis in this review, but I would find it impossible to write about this album without mentioning: Lola and Frozen Love.
