My feeling is that many of her ideas are just vague sketches searching for someone to flesh them out. While Lindsey Buckingham is there to deal with her to flesh out her songs, she's never found anyone capable and willing enough to realize her mystic muses outside of the music realm.

She had actually brought up the Rhiannon movie in interviews in the last year or so. Supposedly she was going to go rent a house in Mexico, and go down there and do some writing to get the project off the ground after her talking about it for 30 years. This was when she was fighting with Fleetwood Mac (mainly Lindsey) in the press, saying she would't do anything with them again, and she wouldn't record another solo album either. I don't think we'll ever see the light of day on this, and that's just fine with me...
