It's a waiting game that involves a lot of patience and persistence.
There is total junk out there now. Very rarely, I've been semi-lucky on the first day, but that doesn't seem to be happening at all with this tour.
I expect it will be semi-last minute, like the last tour (and, yes, I bought through ticketmaster for regular price).
