I live in NY and from what I'm hearing on the local news, the doors weren't even opened yet. The mob outside was banging on them and yelling to be let in. What some stores do is give out vouchers for the big sale items that they know people line up for. If they only have 20 LCD TV's the first 20 people on line who want the TV get a voucher. I think this would help eliminate a mad rush once the doors open. Then again if people are capable of trampling over someone, they would probably also have no problem beating the hell out of someone to take their voucher. The police should release the surveillance video so that everyone can see the animals who caused this mans death, and perhaps help identify some of them.
