I know - they did not think about it because they are totally out of touch with reality, which is why their companies are failing.
Moreover, I am all for flying on provate aircraft on your own dime. But, to poor mouth for public money when you could have reduced the amount of jobs you cut byu at least half by selling these planes - that is just utter cr*p.
Again, I think they should be allowed to file for Ch. 11 and the courts should protect the pension funds as doing that is a whole lot cheaper than letting likely millions suddenly go jobless as a result of this.
