It's amazing to me how people's views are markedly different.
I take a step back and look at what America has become. Growing up in the 80s and 90s, the change has been remarkable. What the people of this nation have become concerned with, and where their convictions lie...America being continually on the road to isolationism...and becoming master of the art of making the wrong choices. I think we continually make the wrong choices. The nations of the world are slowly gathering strength against us. I'm afraid for America's future, and I don't see a bright spot in it. I hope that America gets this "new beginning" that it's asked for. Part of me can't help but think soon there's going to be a large number of people in the nation divided, and many people in the near future saying more or less "I told you so..." All that aside, I hope change does come, and I hope its for the better.
