Compared to Atlantic City the previous week, I'd have to say the energy was down.
But this writer was also looking for something from a completely different time.
The audience was really a great one, just hanging on every note. There was an interesting tension of just craning ears out to absorb the music there and I think it's one LB might have appreciated. The sound in that place is sooooo good.
