One liberterrarium position on this is that the mother has autonomous control over her skin & everything under it, & therefore has the right to expel the foetus, but does not have the right to destroy the foetus deliberately. Of course, that presents a practical & logistical quagmire -- but who ever said matters of life & death & liberty were easy?
