Guess I'll be getting a refund from Newbury and going to Best Buy after work instead:
Hello,
Thank you for your recent order placed with us for Lindsey Buckingham’s Gift Of Screws with hand signed booklet. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the record label was unable to provide the signed booklets for this promotion. As a result, we will not be able to fill your order for the signed CD. We understand that you may have received an email from us indicating that your order has shipped and we understand the confusion this may have caused - this email was sent when the order began the fulfillment process.
We are still able to ship this order with the CD only. If you would prefer to cancel this order, please respond to this email with your order number and we will be happy to issue a full and immediate refund including your original shipping costs.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please feel free to let me know should you have any additional questions or concerns, and thank you for shopping at newburycomics.com.
Best regards,
Matt
