But, he did not do that in Mass. There was no military state there.
Note - I am not for Mitt R., but the idea that some sort of police state will suddenly emerge is inaccurate. They said that about W and it did not prove to be true. True, the capturees were held at Gitmo, but the Geneva Convention's protections did not apply to them as they were not part of an army, etc. One or two foreign US citizens were held without bail and HC, which I submit was wrong. But, that hardly a police state makes
