I think the album cover shot and this one are designed -- even the way the camera is angled and focused -- is designed to make him look -- not good. They went out of their way to create a certain effect. I could take an unposed picture of Lindsey with a cheap polaroid camera and no special lighting and his eyes would be alive -- they wouldn't be dull and rheumy. I think they were aiming for that look deliberately. That's why I feel it
is fake, just a
different kind of fake than the "glamour" shots try to attain.
